NOVEMBER 2: part of bEing a woman
As we begin our first week of Breaking the Silence, we're exploring why women's health experiences have so often been minimised, the impact of being dismissed and why something being common should never mean it isn't worthy of understanding, investigation or support.
NOVEMBER 1: brEaking thE silEncE
This November, at Powered by Diversity, we're exploring Breaking the Silence, a month of conversations about women's health, men's mental health, bullying and domestic abuse, looking at why these experiences so often go unspoken and what it really means to create environments where people feel safe, respected and supported. We're beginning with women's health, exploring the concerns that have too often been dismissed or normalised, and why meaningful change starts not simply with encouraging people to speak, but with how we choose to listen.
