Giving voice to the unspoken, courage to the conversation and power to the stories that deserve to be heard.
We all know someone who seems to have a remarkable ability to keep everything ticking along, balancing work, family, friendships and everything in between. For many women, being that dependable person is something to be proud of, but imagine how much better life could feel if we gave just as much attention to our own wellbeing as we do to supporting everyone else. Sometimes the smallest changes, a little more understanding or simply sharing the load, can make the biggest difference.
Today, on National Stress Awareness Day, our Breaking the Silence series explores the connection between stress, women's health and the expectations we sometimes place on ourselves and each other. It's an opportunity to celebrate everything women do while encouraging healthier conversations, more balanced responsibilities and workplaces where everyone feels supported. Because looking after our wellbeing isn't about doing less or being less capable; it's about creating the space to feel our best, both for ourselves and the people around us.
