Giving voice to the unspoken, courage to the conversation and power to the stories that deserve to be heard.
For something that's been part of life since the beginning of time, we're still remarkably good at pretending periods don't exist! Today's Breaking the Silence blog, “More Than a Monthly Cycle,” explores menstrual health, conditions such as endometriosis and the impact they can have on everyday life and work. We're celebrating the importance of better education, more open conversations and workplaces where people feel comfortable asking for the support they need. Because understanding menstrual health isn't about making a fuss over something natural; it's about recognising that nobody should have to quietly endure symptoms that affect their quality of life.
