We spend so much of our lives at work that feeling comfortable enough to be ourselves really matters.

Creating belonging doesn't mean expecting people to share everything about who they are. It means creating a culture where people feel respected, accepted and free to make their own choices about what they bring into the workplace.

Today, we're looking at the small, everyday things we can all do to create workplaces where people don't feel the need to edit themselves to fit in, and where difference is met with curiosity, respect and genuine acceptance.
