Being invited into a room doesn't always mean we feel that we belong there.
Today, as we mark International Literacy Day, we're thinking about the connection between literacy, access and belonging. What does it mean to have the opportunity to understand, participate and be heard?
Inclusion isn’t just about having a seat at the table, it’s about making sure people have the information, communication and space they need to genuinely take part.
And importantly, knowing that their voice matters.
