Using lived experience to celebrate our communities, share their stories and build greater understanding.
Many of the opportunities we have today exist because somebody before us was willing to challenge the barriers that once stood in the way. For generations, Black people and women have pushed against expectations that limited what they could achieve, helping to create possibilities for those who followed, even when they weren't able to experience those opportunities themselves.
As we continue exploring Community & Legacy, we're reflecting on the progress we've inherited and the responsibility we have to keep building upon it, recognising that opening a door for one person doesn't always mean the barriers have disappeared for everyone. The opportunities we help create today can become part of a much wider legacy, shaping what future generations are able to experience and achieve.
