OCTOBER 26: lEgacy

Using lived experience to celebrate our communities, share their stories and build greater understanding.

When we think about legacy, we often imagine something significant that people will remember long after we're gone, but much of the influence we leave behind develops far more quietly through the relationships we build and the communities we help shape. The opportunities we create for others and the way we influence their experiences can become part of something that continues long beyond our own involvement, often without us ever realising the difference we've made.

As we begin our final week of Honouring Our Communities, we're turning our attention to Community & Legacy, exploring how the contributions of those who came before us continue to shape the world we experience today, and how the choices we make within our own communities are already becoming part of the story that future generations will inherit.
