Using lived experience to celebrate our communities, share their stories and build greater understanding.
Community is often something we think of as already existing around us, but the relationships that make it meaningful are continually being shaped by the way we connect with one another. Through the understanding we develop and the space we make for others, we each contribute to the kind of community people experience, often without realising how far that influence might eventually reach.
As we bring our week exploring Community & Connection to a close, we're reflecting on the part we all play in creating meaningful relationships and how the connections we build today can become part of something much bigger, shaping not only the communities we belong to now but also those that future generations will inherit.

This session will cover the journey of realisation and acceptance upon learning that you are transgender. It will cover the realities of trans life; the joys and difficulties. The session will cover the after effects of the Supreme Court Judgment of April 2026. There will be an open Q&A which can shape the session.
