International Women’s Day 2026: From Conversation to Action
Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate progress.
But let’s be honest about the state of play for women in 2026.

Some women are now leading global organisations, working hard to start and run their own businesses, and reshaping industries, yet we’re still navigating pay gaps, online abuse, leadership underrepresentation, burnout, work-life collisions and the confidence gap.
Now the question is: what are we actually doing about it?
That’s why I’m delighted that today’s International Women’s Day event features Rebecca Rennison, creator of the powerful “Redefining MACHO” framework, a practical roadmap for better male allyship and meaningful workplace inclusion.
Rebecca’s framework focuses on five simple, actionable steps:
M = Meaningful Mentor
A = Amplify Awareness
C = Capture Confidence
H = Harmony with Home
O = Orchestrate Opportunities
These aren’t abstract ideals. They are small, practical actions that, when implemented consistently, create diverse teams, actively champion equity, and ensure inclusion is truly experienced, not just spoken about.
In 2026, where powerful voices are working hard to undermine the remarkable progress we have made, inclusion can’t sit in a strategy document. It has to show up in meetings, promotions, parental policies, mentoring conversations and everyday leadership decisions.
Rebecca will also share insights from her:

NEURODIVERSITY CELEBRATION WEEK
Neurodiverse by Design. Creating High-Trust Teams Where Every Mind Performs

The foundation of performance is trust, built through clear expectations, shared accountability, and a culture where differences are safe and valued. Yet most workplaces still assume a single “standard” brain.
In this 60-minute live event, we’ll explore how to apply three high-trust anchors. Clarity, Autonomy and Belonging, to design work for neurodivergent minds, and why that design benefits everyone.
Participants will:
See how ambiguity and unspoken rules erode trust and performance.
Learn practical ways to flex control and create psychological safety while maintaining results.
Practise small, high-impact adjustments to meetings, feedback, and collaboration that enable a wider range of thinking and working styles.
You’ll leave with a simple “high trust for all brains” playbook and reflection prompts to start redesigning your own team environment the very next day!
