Leadership within a community doesn’t always come with a title or an official position. Often, it grows quietly through trust and the relationships built over time, creating an influence that can be far more significant than the person at the centre of it ever intended.
As we continue Honouring Our Communities, we’re looking at the people whose leadership develops naturally from being part of the communities they care about, and how that influence can continue through others long after the original moment has passed.
