Sometimes the people who have the greatest influence on us are those who recognise our potential before we have quite learned to see it ourselves. Their belief can quietly change the way we think about what is possible, staying with us long after the moment itself has passed.

As we continue Honouring Our Communities, we’re exploring how that belief travels between people and how the encouragement we once received can eventually become something we pass on, creating an influence that can reaches through a community.
