OCTOBER 18: created together
Using lived experience to celebrate our communities, share their stories and build greater understanding.
Culture isn’t something that arrives already finished. We inherit parts of it from the communities that came before us, but through the way we live and connect with others, we are continually adding to what it becomes and shaping what will eventually be carried forward.
As we close our week exploring The Things That Make Us, Us, we’re looking at culture as something we actively participate in, and how understanding our own experiences can create space for meaningful connections with people whose lives may look very different from ours.
