May 31: World No Tobacco Day

MAY is OUR Mental Health Awareness MONTH!

Today marks World No Tobacco Day.

A global awareness day encouraging conversations around health, prevention, and the long-term impact smoking can have on individuals and communities.

Health inequalities can often affect communities differently, making education, support, and accessible resources especially important.

Looking to get involved at work? Consider sharing wellbeing support resources, promoting healthy habits, or opening up supportive conversations around health and inclusion.

Celebration Day: Grieve then Achieve

Grief is the natural and normal process we go through when faced with loss and yet something we rarely talk about. In this highly interactive session we put the human element back into grief and talk openly and honestly about how to support those around us with both care and compassion.

In this 60-minute session Kate's passion for grief coaching stems from her own experiences with loss. Understanding firsthand the overwhelming impact that grief can have on every aspect of life from emotional well-being to physical health and relationships. It can feel so very isolating and as if you'll never find joy or happiness again.

While grief can never be completely erased, it can be harnessed as a powerful catalyst for personal growth. Through her expertise and unwavering support and using the principles of positive psychology, we work together to build emotional resilience, helping you to find those moments of happiness, and move forward in your own life whilst holding the grief.
