Multi award winning digital product creator Cat Wildman decided in 2017 to channel her frustration with the lack of effective action in D&I into a solution. Turning her core values into a business, Cat went on a mission to find like-minded people who shared her feelings of personal responsibility to make change happen and Powered By Diversity was born.

One of our core values is collaboration over competition. We join forces will all the collaborators in the EDI space to collectively create a wave of change bigger than any individual could achieve alone. As a Collective we believe that the only way to achieve equity is by working together. Today we are a growing collective of over 400 DEI subject matter experts.
