EDI Consultancy
Pk Kulasegram (they/them) is a skilled speaker, writer, activist and consultant who endeavours to combine their lived experiences as a mixed-race, disabled, non-binary person to implement change and empower individuals and organisations alike.
They bring a wealth of professional experience to their work, having worked to establish EDI policies, awareness and strategy in higher education, fostering institutional and cultural change.
They were nominated for Oxford University Vice Chancellor’s Diversity Awards (2022, role model category), and continue to facilitate and guide important conversations about inclusion and accessibility.
Pk is a proud dog parent, loves rock climbing (when disability and fatigue allow) and Dungeons and Dragons fan. They take an interest in spirituality and the mystic world, always looking to explore perspectives other than their own. They previously worked for St John’s Ambulance in New Zealand.
Pk has a wealth of experience as an EDI expert, and brings creative flair and thoughtful project management skills to the table.
