Justine MacArthur is a leadership coach, trainer and facilitator of workshops and meetings that create meaningful results as an international HR professional and founder of Consult Justine. With over a decade of experience in business, from cash-strapped start-ups to international pharmaceutical corporations, she has supported hundreds of managers and leaders through the very real, messy and high-stakes challenges of people management, culture building and change management.
She works with leaders and HR teams in purpose-led organisations: charities, NGOs, social enterprises, and organisations which want to do good while making profit and avoiding burnout.
Her services include 1:1 coaching, Leaders-who-Coach programme, ESG/CSR solutions, HR for Managers. In line with her social values, she holds a space for "pay-as-you-can-afford" coaching for those who need it most.
Justine holds ACC ICF (coaching) and Assoc CIPD (HR) accreditations and ESG qualification. She is carbon literate, a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance and the Association of Sustainability Practitioners, and a trustee of charities and co-coordinator of her local Friends of the Earth group.
