Jo Brassington (they/them) is a non-binary educator and researcher.
They work with schools, universities, businesses and charities to help create spaces which are more equitable and inclusive, with a specialism in LGBT+ inclusion and transgender awareness.
Jo is the co-founder of Pride & Progress: a podcast, research platform, and community group working to make educational spaces more LGBT+ inclusive.
Their award-winning book Pride & Progress has changed practice in schools across the UK. Jo is currently completing a PhD with a research focus on LGBTQ+ employee networks as a mechanism for voice.
