Ian Clarke

A 5-times world record breaking, 10-times award-winning Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, Author and Social Justice actionist, London-born, racially non-binary, disabled and LGBT, Ian Clarke, 36, has been recognized by Rising Stars, Social Entrepreneur Index and Millennium Volunteers for a lifetime supporting, developing, and championing underrepresented talent.

He holds 9 chartered certifications in Psychology, Therapy, Finance, Management and DE&I, plus over 14 years’ investment banking experience across 2 continents advising many of the world’s largest firms on financial success.

A leading progressive voice on human rights, corporate oppressive systems, diversity & inclusion, human identity and uniqueness, Ian has founded and/or co-led 5 People Committees and Employee Networks collectively representing over 12,000 marginalised employees. Reports of his achievements have appeared in press and TV news in 16 languages across 120 countries.

Leaving investment banking in 2021, he now manages Deilight Consulting - a multi-award-winning commercially-minded Culture Transformation corporate practice and social enterprise working at the forefront of advancing representation and inclusion for marginalised communities everywhere.
