Hi, I'm Hayley, co-founder of Diversely, My background in consulting and technology, combined with my purpose to bring more diversity in the workplace, have led to founding Diversely - a DE&I technology platform, improving talent pipeline diversity for businesses.

I'm an award-winning entrepreneur, always striving to make an impact on pressing challenges in the workforce globally, and on a mission to deliver fair and equitable outcomes for job seekers of all backgrounds.

My core beliefs are that DE&I: - Should be driven by data insights and success measured based on real-time analytics (instead of gutfeel or anecdotal evidence) - Needs to be a part of a business' way of working day-to-day, made as simple and quick as possible (sustaining the work of consultants) - Requires continuous learning, which is most effective when bite-size delivered at the point it's needed (supplementing one-off annual trainings)
