I am an award-winning resourcing, EDI, and social impact consultant with seasoned leadership in justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
My work is driven by a commitment to creating positive, systemic change by helping organisations cultivate inclusive environments that foster empathy, safety, and belonging.
Through my consultancy, Hannah Litt Ltd, I offer direct, transparent guidance grounded in social justice principles. I specialise in assisting organisations and leaders to navigate complex diversity and inclusion challenges, ensuring they have the resources and emotional support necessary to lead with empathy and authenticity.
My services include designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions that address intersectional neurodiversity, anti-racism, Islamophobia, and religious inclusion. I also provide 1:1 transformational leadership safe spaces, offering leaders a confidential and judgement-free environment to develop their skills, address their own biases, and dismantle systemic barriers within their organisation through empathy and safety.
As a South Asian, Muslim woman from the East African diaspora with ADHD, OCD, and hidden disabilities, I combine my lived experiences with strategic expertise in people-led functions and employee experience.
I am committed to making the workplace more inclusive and equitable for everyone, focusing on their inclusion through humanising people and experiences in conversations and systems where they are most impacted.
I have contributed to books, podcasts, panels, and keynotes on intersectional neurodiversity, disability anti-racism, and inclusive workplace cultures. Currently, I am excited to be working on my debut book and preparing to launch an eagerly awaited podcast.
Through Hannah Litt Ltd and all my collaborations I support organisations in tackling internal issues, creating safe spaces for Muslim employees, and embedding inclusion into wider DEI strategies.
Whether through transformative workshops, impactful keynotes, personalised consultancy, 1:1 leadership or DEI and HR Spaces, my goal is to drive meaningful, sustainable change for the betterment of both businesses and society.
