Our aim is to introduce you to your fellow ambassadors and help support you on your journey.

From how to reinvigorate your ERGs or roll out pronouns in email signatures, to ideas for a more inclusive social scene - or influencing key leaders.
Our 4 round table events per year are facilitated discussions with fellow Ambassadors who are doing similar things and can share what they did - and their learnings.
So that discussion can flow freely, these events will not be recorded.

We have a huge collective of incredible equity, diversity and inclusion speakers, and each year we’ll work with our Ambassadors Alumni and our experts to create 4 bespoke events per year, specifically targeting your key topics of interest.
You can keep up to date with your language, broaden your awareness, improve your confidence and hone your Ambassador skillset - or go deep on specific topics, like different disabilities.

We have over 200 incredible EDI experts in our Collective, there’s no question they wouldn’t be able to collectively answer.
You’ll have access to all of them and we will aim to collect all questions and answers, and publish them to build up a rich library of information for you and the new Ambassadors joining you each year.

Keep your knowledge current by attending events, and each year we’ll give you an updated Diversity Ambassador Badge so you can show the world you are up to date with EDI.
