Enfuse Group are business and digital experts. We deliver high performance transformations and solutions for companies who want remarkable results. We’re a growing company with under 30 employees at the time of writing. I lead the People team.

What have you learned from the GEC process so far?

We found the results of the survey really interesting and really positive as we have a team of very inclusive minds. There is always more work to do though, so the action plan given to us by the GEC will be gone through in detail to focus on the things we can easily change.

Considering your investment (financial/time) in the GEC what would you say the returns have been?

We know that having GEC membership on top of the GEC Library of training and information that comes with it with be really valuable to us in terms of attracting and retaining our talent. It is really affordable as well so it was an easy decision to make to be part of the GEC!

What are you doing differently now as opposed to before you became members of the GEC?

Since joining the GEC we have reviewed out policies again and thought of other ways to improve our DE&I internally. It has also prompted us to think more about the language we use and other measures we can put in place to make our workplace for inclusive, more desirable for candidates to join and just more forward thinking.

4. How has the GEC brought your organisation together? (e.g. people liked that we did this process, more people than before engaged with D&I, we're leading rather than learning now (as part of the global community), events feel more fun now because we know why we are doing them (to close our specific gaps...etc))  Everyone was delighted when we signed up to do the survey and join the GEC. We already started the process of thinking about our DE&I by bringing in very inclusive policies and having an open and honest culture that allows people to be themselves but having facts and a certification behind this gives it an extra sense of importance and makes everyone feel more included in the process.
