Samantha is a holistic nutritionist (ANutr), intuitive eating coach, yoga/meditation teacher, Chi Nei Tsang massage therapist and Reiki master with a wholesome and compassionate approach to health and healing.

She combines science, psychology and spirituality in her business Natural Nutrition, to help others free themselves from unhealthy eating behaviour and toxic diet culture mentality, to reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild a trusting, nourishing relationship with food. She focuses on rebalancing health conditions like insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel disease from the root cause, by using a non-restrictive, whole food approach to heal the gut alongside eating psychology to shift mindset and create sustained change to eating habits for life. She also works with women in perimenopause and menopause to navigate this transformation with empowerment and community.

Having once struggled with an eating disorder and a disconnected relationship with her own body, which caused a metabolic and hormonal imbalances, Samantha knows the pain of food guilt, body shame, and the damaging cycle of restriction. Her journey of healing which began by addressing her own poor hormonal and metabolic balance through whole food nutrition, led to a complete transformation in how she eats, lives, and supports others.

Motivated to share what she had experienced, Samantha left her 15-year biology teaching career to pursue an MSc in Human Nutrition at the University of Surrey, graduating with distinction and receiving an award for academic excellence. She is now a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition and founder of Natural Nutrition, her private practice dedicated to helping others heal from the root to achieve optimal nourishment, make peace with food and reclaim their health naturally.

Samantha’s unique approach blends evidence-based nutritional science with intuitive eating principles and deep psychological insight. Her work goes beyond the science of meal plans and weight loss, addressing the psychology of emotional eating, body image issues, and the unconscious conditioning that shapes our relationship with food from a young age. She believes true healing happens when we feel safe in our bodies, trust their inner signals, and let go of external rules that keep them stuck.

Her experience includes 13 months at the world-renowned Orion Healing Centre in Thailand, where she worked as a nutrition and detox consultant and programme manager. Today, she is based in South Heath, Bucks, offering holistic one to one and group coaching support that combines nutritional expertise, behaviour change coaching, nervous system support, and mind–body practices.

Samantha integrates her yoga, meditation and energy work modalities into her practice to support deep, lasting transformation at the root cause of poor health.
