Each session is hosted live and built to inspire. You can choose to MC the sessions yourselves, or we’re happy to MC them for you — whatever works best for your audience.

On World Storytelling Day, Hillary invites you to explore how sharing your personal story can unlock healing, connection, and transformation. This inspiring session will help you find your voice, own your narrative, and use it as a force for positive change. Because when you tell your story, you change your life — and maybe someone else’s too

What do cutting your bills improving your focus, mood and mental health, as well as your physical wellbeing, all have in common? Living with a bit more balance & sustainability. This World Environment Day come share your top tips and hear from our expert speaker Parisa Wright, founder of sustainability charity Greener & Cleaner, as she takes you through the top 4 areas where small tweaks can boost our lives day to day.

The first Pride march in the UK was held in London in 1972. Since then, lots has changed for the LGBT+ community. Over 50 years later - why is Pride still important? To answer that question, this session will explore what Pride looked like in the past, some of the challenges being faced in our present, and begin to consider what a meaningful Pride might look like in the future.

In this compelling session, Hannah Litt will address the barriers and challenges that South Asian communities continue to face in society and the workplace. Known for her dedication to changing the status quo.

Want to better support your trans and nonbinary colleagues? This session breaks it down with key terms, a look at the history of nonbinary identities, and real workplace challenges. You'll leave with practical tools and a clearer understanding of how to be a confident, respectful ally. It starts with awareness — and leads to real inclusion.

Feminism hasn’t always centred women of colour — from maternal health to careers, the gaps are real and urgent. Nkechi, a passionate feminist and mum, shines a light on these inequalities and calls for a truly intersectional approach. In this heartfelt session, Ian shares the highs, the hurdles, and life eight years on, including the viral tradition of his son’s annual "Yes Day." You'll gain insight into the adoption process and learn how to better support adoptive families of all kinds. Because every child deserves love — and every family deserves respect.
