Naomi Benjamin is a Culture and Belonging Strategist and Founder of The Inclusion Blueprint. She works mainly with Higher Education and SMEs to build psychologically safe, inclusive cultures, where inclusion shows up in everyday leadership and decision-making.
A core part of Naomi’s work is supporting inclusion within research environments. This includes working with Centres for Doctoral Training (CDTs), research teams and university partners to embed EDI into research culture, researcher development and supervisory practice. She supports teams to name and navigate power dynamics, build trust, and create inclusive ways of working that are clear, practical and consistent.
Naomi’s work focuses on inclusive leadership, neuroinclusion and race equity. She helps leaders move from intention to action by strengthening behaviours, ways of working, and the practical systems that shape culture day to day.
Naomi also founded The Sharing Circle CIC, created specifically for neurodivergent women of Black heritage. The Sharing Circle also provides open workshops for women from underrepresented groups. This community work keeps Naomi grounded in lived experience and shapes how she holds space for honest conversations, with care, clarity and respect.
Naomi is open to collaborations that connect Higher Education, research and wider education practice and policy through the Collective’s networks.
