Diagnosed with Dyslexia at university and, more recently, AuDHD, having masked her neurodivergence for the last twenty years, she has spent much of her career feeling misunderstood. In recent years, she has emerged as a powerful advocate for neurodiversity, channelling her lived experience to inspire and educate others.

With a two-decade career in culture and people growth, primarily within scaling companies, she now leverages her expertise as a fractional leader and professional speaker. She offers unique insights into building inclusive workplace cultures that empower diverse cognitive profiles. Her speaking engagements span topics such as Neurodivergence, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), focusing on how organisations can foster environments where all individuals—diagnosed or undiagnosed—can unlock their full potential.

She is passionate about addressing the gaps in societal, educational, and workplace support for neurodivergent individuals. Her mission is to amplify the strengths of neurodivergent communities and advocate for accommodations that embrace cognitive diversity. Beyond neurodiversity, her experience extends to culture transformation, leadership development, and creating people-centric strategies that align personal growth with business scalability.

Whether speaking to executives, HR professionals, or broader audiences, she brings a personal and professional perspective that challenges traditional norms and promotes a future where diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to organisational success.
