Aylin Abdullah

Diagnosed with Dyslexia at university and, more recently, AuDHD, having masked her neurodivergence for the last twenty years, she has spent much of her career feeling misunderstood. In recent years, she has emerged as a powerful advocate for neurodiversity, channelling her lived experience to inspire and educate others.

With a two-decade career in culture and people growth, primarily within scaling companies, she now leverages her expertise as a fractional leader and professional speaker. She offers unique insights into building inclusive workplace cultures that empower diverse cognitive profiles.
