    Understanding Sex Discrimination, Sexism and Sexual Harassment in the workplace:

    Definitions and examples of each

    Space for delegates to think of their own examples

    A simple matching exercise to check understanding.

  • Everyday Sexism

    Understanding how things like sexism and objectification become ‘normalised’ in society.

    Three videos plus reflection exercises and space for delegates to write their own reflections.

  • Banter & Harassment

    This section is all about understanding banter, bullying & harassment and the fine line that divides them.

    Delegates are invited to complete a powerful banter exercise looking at their own banter ‘no-go’ areas, and what they can conclude about others’ sensitivities.

  • What's OK Today?

    Understanding what’s OK today societally and for others includes a short video.

    A chance for delegates to reflect on who gets to decide what’s OK in different scenarios.

  • Case Studies, Empathy & Allyship

    Delegates are invited to read and reflect three different case studies and reflect on how they would support the main person.

    Delegates are invited to explore empathy for people who have experienced sexism, harassment or discrimination and consider how they might show up as an ally.

  • Difficult Feedback, Victimisation & Language

    A section dedicated to both giving and receiving difficult or challenging feedback and holding challenging conversations - with examples.

    Followed by a short section about victimisation and inclusive language.
