Robert Panico

Robert (he, him) is a neurodivergent and transgender professional committed to raising cultural awareness and breaking down invisible barriers. His journey began when he was a child, and he was placed in several care homes before entering the youth justice system as a result of an undiagnosed neurodivergence.

In 2019, he moved to London after spending over a decade travelling and living in Europe, Oceania, and Asia, where he began to link his lived experiences and understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion with academic studies. Since then, Robert has obtained a bachelor's degree in youth justice, a level 6 certification in equality, diversity, and inclusion, an accreditation in life coaching and facilitation, and is pursuing a master's degree in global cultures.

His areas of expertise include EDI consulting and LGBTQ+ awareness facilitation, with a focus on trans inclusion and speeches on his lived experiences, such as "The Journey of a Transgender and Neurodivergent Migrant and the EDI Issue".
