Her expertise includes strategic projects in health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, organizational change, GDPR, COVID-19 response, talent and succession planning, and HR policy and process development.

As a keynote speaker at Karren Brady’s Women in Business & Tech 2024, she presented on "How to Be the Role Model You Wished You Had When You Were Younger." Prianka is deeply committed to her profession and actively champions the North East community.

She chairs an Independent Advisory Group, advocating for equality, diversity, and inclusion, and mentors early-career professionals, supporting the next generation of workers. Selected as a judge for the CIPD People Management Awards in 2023, she is also an Awards Ambassador for the North East HR&D Awards 2024. Prianka's insights have been featured in People Management Magazine, including interviews and expert quotes on hybrid and flexible working. She contributes her expertise to HR-related research projects and serves as a UN Delegate for UN Women UK.
