I am an independent wellness coach specialising in stress recovery and burnout prevention.
I offer a diverse range of services, including one-to-one coaching, group sessions, wellness talks, workshops, and individual wellness assessments, all with the aim of promoting holistic wellbeing.
My approach is multi-dimensional, addressing the emotional, mental, social, environmental, existential, and physical aspects of wellbeing.
I focus on helping individuals integrate simple, actionable steps into their daily routines, recognising the importance of stress recovery.
Based on my observations of modern workplaces, I recognise the increasing cognitive stressors brought on by technological advancements and emphasise the critical role organisational leadership plays in fostering a culture of wellness.
For me, burnout is not just a workplace issue but a reflection of an individual’s overall allostatic load, demonstrating the interconnectedness of work and personal life.
Additionally, I nurture a culture of creativity, understanding that stress impairs the brain’s capacity for innovation.
I see creativity as a vital skill for the future and highlight the need to cultivate a stress-free environment to unlock both individual and organisational potential.
