Kirsty is the Founder of Natural Rays a wellbeing consultancy passionate about helping organisations develop happy and cohesive teams. As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, Kirsty specialises in hormone and menstrual health. She works with individuals and employers to support women and those that menstruate to better understand their menstrual cycle and how to work with it so that they can have consistent energy, better mood, less brain fog, and the enthusiasm to live the life they have worked so hard to create.

ABOUT ME: I worked in the development sector for 10+ years in the UK and Australia. During that time, I investigated development sites and now use those problem-solving skills to investigate hormonal symptoms with my clients. I decided to leave my job in development in 2018 to retrain as a health coach to help other women and menstruators suffering from hormonal symptoms. My passion for hormone health developed on my journey to heal my hormonal issues naturally. My hormone healing journey showed me that there’s a distinct lack of empowering menstrual health education and easy-to-follow hormone healing advice online. There’s little to no actionable support. That's why I created my unique coaching programme - Hormone Harmony Academy. This programme helps my clients cut through the noise and follow a results-proven strategy to finally heal their symptoms naturally whilst also learning how to work in harmony with their hormones for increased energy, motivation and productivity.

I work with individual clients as well as proactive employers who want to increase employee happiness and productivity at work.

My clients call on me to help:

⭕Improve employee wellbeing, happiness, and satisfaction inside and outside of work.

⭕Increase the productivity of their employees. After all, it's estimated that hormonal symptoms are linked to nearly 9 days of lost productivity every year per female staff member.

⭕Facilitate open conversations about hormone health and the various phases of hormonal life cycle from menstruation to menopause at work.

⭕Support staff's physical, emotional and mental health to minimise unnecessary sick days.

⭕Develop a more inclusive and positive internal culture that supports staff retention and recruiting talent.

⭕Create a more open, supportive, and inclusive work culture that encourages all staff, including men and those that don’t menstruate, to engage with hormone health and menopause in the workplace.
