J Grange is a British international public speaker, musician and Neurodiversity advocate.
After facing many mental health challenges during his time in education, being permanently excluded from two schools, going to court, attempting suicide and being diagnosed with ADHD and Dyspraxia, J found his passion for music and public speaking J’s second music release received great traction on YouTube racking up an impressive amount of streams. J’s appearances include BBC Radio, other Radio stations including KISS FM , BBC National and Local news,, Channel 5 News and a number of online magazines and news outlets.
J has also featured internationally in the media including on channel France 2 on France Televisions J is more than just a musician. He is also a respected international public speaker and neurodiversity advocate who goes into PRUs, schools and colleges such as Kings College London to speak to students and teachers and has been an ambassador for numerous organisations & charities including ADHD Foundation He has spoken for the United Nations & UNESCO and regularly speaks to businesses and corporates including Ella’s Kitchen, Metro Bank, Harvey Nichols, JCDecaux, News International and many more about creating equality for those 1 in 5 who are neurodivergent In June 2022 J featured across 300+ digital billboards across the UK to celebrate being neurodivergent.
He also released We Will Rise featuring the London Community Gospel Choir as the official anthem for the ADHD foundation Neurodiversity Umbrella Project.
J was recently a finalist for the national diversity awards 2023, has co founded the first ever National Neurodiversity Youth Council, is part of the Mayor of London’s team and in 2024 was invited to 10 Downing Street.
