Grace Mosuro is a Nigerian-born, UK-raised mother, a breast cancer thriver, and a dedicated advocate for organisational development, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
Her inspiring journey through overcoming cancer has propelled her passion for effecting change, ensuring that everyone can bring their authentic selves to work and have equal opportunities to succeed and thrive.
Grace’s professional journey began with a profound interest in the realm of organisational development, driven by her desire to create positive workplace environments. She pursued higher education in Business Management with Accounting, and a career in Leadership Development, Partnerships and ED & I, equipping her with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive transformative change within organisations. Her path took a significant turn when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. This challenging experience ignited a fierce determination to not only conquer her illness but also to use her journey as a catalyst for change. Drawing strength from her personal battle with cancer, Grace has channelled her energy and expertise into advocating for EDI initiatives.
Grace firmly believes in the power of lived experiences and draws on her own trials and triumphs to enable EDI initiatives to have a real and lasting impact. She recognises the transformative potential of authentic storytelling and uses her voice to shed light on the importance of creating inclusive workplaces where diversity is celebrated.
With a deep understanding of the significance of stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships, Grace collaborates with organisations to develop tailored EDI strategies.
