An award-winning inclusion, equity and diversity practitioner and thought leader with experience of delivering complex, cross-geography and cross-functional diversity programmes and projects including hybrid & flexible working, Pride and Zero Tolerance programmes and Fertility and Early Pregnancy loss leave.

With an extensive background in programme management and as a strategic people leader, Gill is experienced in collaborating and consulting with global stakeholders, analysing key metrics and data to deliver inclusive improvements in recruitment, policy, people services, learning and development and strategy and best practices across UK and Ireland, reporting, influencing and communicating with senior management and the board.

The data speaks for itself – After influencing the executive board to commit to gender targets, Three UK’s gender balance in leadership increased by 2% within 10 months. In the annual employee survey the diversity, inclusion and belonging scores increased by 7% from 2022 to 2023.

Gill led Three Ireland in achieving Investors in Diversity Gold within a year and Three UK to achieving Investors in Diversity within 18 months and winner of Diversity Steering Group of the Year 2022 and named top 100 most inclusive places to work by the National Centre of Diversity and included in the Financial Times 2023 Diversity List.
