Diego is a passionate Diversity & Inclusion Consultant with experience working for multinational companies, implementing strategy and employee well-being initiatives. Having been featured in Forbes Magazine as a visible LGBT+ entrepreneur, Diego’s purpose is to work towards creating a work environment where everyone feels respected and encouraged to bring their true self and reach their full potential.
Diego holds a Bachelor Degree in Business & Hospitality Management from EHL (Switzerland) as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School (Spain). After working as Talent Acquisition Manager and People Business Partner, he got involved in Diversity & Inclusion by supporting COGAM, one of Spain’s oldest LGBT+ NGOs, in building their Corporate Relations Department. He designed and facilitated workshops to companies, as well as participated in conferences as speaker and guest.
More recently, Diego has been collaborating with a wide range of firms, providing Consulting services in HR and D&I to multinational companies, ranging from workshops delivery, conducting employee well-being surveys, implementing non-discrimination policies, writing D&I strategy reports, good practices guides etc.
Having been raised in the international city of Geneva (Switzerland), Diego is fluent in three languages (French, Spanish and English). He has always been passionate about other cultures and has developed a capacity to constantly adapt to new working environments.
