With 5 years experience in the tech industry as an analyst and EDI champion, Charl is also a member of the Equality Advisory Group for the Football Association of Wales; founder of the LGBTQ+ Sports Network for Wales; Chairperson of Cardiff Dragons FC, Wales' first LGBTQ+ football club, and founder of the Her Game Too football training centre for women and girls.
Charl has experience in running workshops to help organisations evaluate their best practice, as well as helping to connect teams where individuals are in need of a boost to engagement.
Charl is a confident public speaker, particularly around issues which may feel sensitive or difficult to talk about – which many parts of diversity, equity and inclusion can be, particularly in white, able-bodied, male-dominated environments.
