Alice is an experienced employment lawyer, speaker and trainer. She supports organisations to navigate employment challenges and create fair and inclusive workplaces, and combines her legal expertise with a passion for social mobility, equal opportunities and diverse leadership.

Alice is a qualified solicitor and works as a Legal Director at Bexley Beaumont. Her people-focused, balanced and practical approach has established her as a trusted advisor on employment matters, known for delivering clear and straightforward guidance that protects her clients' interests and promotes good practice. Alice supports employers at every stage of the employment journey. She advises on key HR matters, including employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, and TUPE. She also provides specialist guidance on projects include change programmes, corporate transactions, and redundancies.

Alice offers tailored training sessions on all areas of employment practice and on equality, diversity, inclusion and social mobility. Her workshops are interactive and practical, equipping organisations and managers with the tools they need to build confidence and competence.

Alice is an established thought leader in social mobility. She is a social mobility ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales and won the Rising Star Award at the UK Social Mobility Awards 2023. She has driven many projects and initiatives to create opportunities for individuals from lower socio-economic backgrounds and to improve socio-economic diversity across all levels. Alice can advise organisations on developing effective social mobility strategies, creating meaningful opportunities and improving inclusion in the workplace.

Alice's expertise is enhanced by her experience as a non-executive director and visiting lecturer. These roles have strengthened her ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms while offering advice that is grounded in real-world scenarios.
